Terms of sale and licence

1. Seller

ComplyKit is operated by A&A Digital Factory S.à r.l., Luxembourg (TODO: registered office, RCS number, VAT number).

2. Products and prices

Document templates delivered as editable files (.docx, and .xlsx where listed). Prices are shown ex VAT; Luxembourg VAT or the EU reverse-charge mechanism applies at checkout. Stripe issues the invoice.

3. Licence

Single-entity licence: the buyer may adapt and use the documents for one supervised entity. No resale, no redistribution, no publication of the templates or substantial extracts. Group and ManCo multi-fund licences are available on request.

4. Regulatory updates

Each purchase includes 12 months of updates. New versions are published in the buyer's account with a change note. After 12 months, updates can be renewed for €120 per document for a further 12 months.

5. Refunds

Digital documents are delivered immediately. No refund once a file has been downloaded, except where statutory rights apply. Refunds end the updates period; files already delivered remain accessible at their last version.

6. Document review service

The review is a professional opinion from compliance practitioners. It is not a legal opinion, an audit, or a substitute for the RR's own approval. Scope and fee are confirmed by email before payment.

7. Liability and disclaimer

ComplyKit is not a law firm, is not supervised by the CSSF, and does not provide legal advice. The responsibility for a compliant AML/CFT framework remains with the professional and its RR/RC.

8. Governing law

Luxembourg law. Courts of Luxembourg City.
